Kerry found through discussion with hundreds of gym members that the standard model of gruelling one-hour weekly sessions focused solely on sweating leaves many people feeling lost and unsupported in between sessions, feeling deprived of foods they enjoy, feeling guilty and feeling like they are on a regime which was neither conducive to their lifestyle nor sustainable.

Kerry developed the YAW Training model to close the gap. She believes most people look for a personal trainer because they are ready to make a stand and want someone to help guide them through a transformation process; a process which goes far beyond the physical, a process which pivots around mindset and imparted knowledge. It isn’t life coaching, it is about getting results, seeing results and keeping results!
