Kerry spent 15 years working at the top end of the Finance industry. Having witnessed first-hand the detrimental effects of a sedentary office lifestyle, extended working hours, demanding travel schedules and eating for convenience rather than energy, she decided to embrace her passion for health and fitness and make it into her career.
Kerry spent many years teaching group exercise as a hobby until working life took over. Self-neglect and stress was her motivation to move into personal training and resurrect her former glory as a multi-disciplined instructor!
With a thirst to learn and grow, Kerry went on to specialise in Corrective Exercise. She has an intuitive approach and will pinpoint weaknesses within the body as a basis for client transformation.
Kerry believes understanding what her clients value is fundamental to delivering change and lasting results. She is committed to supporting meaningful, lasting change through awareness, education and rehearsal. Often very small facts can revolutionise how one approaches their day and subsequently how they feel. It’s a personal thing – not prescriptive, simply customised.
It isn’t all effort though; transformation should include fun which is why you may see Kerry in obstacle course races alongside her clients, friends and Ironman associates!
Staying up to date with industry best practice, Kerry is a proud member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (R0151971); is qualified in multiple disciplines, is first-aid certified and fully insured.
She looks forward to meeting you!
