Corrective Exercise

Clients are often surprised to learn that a specific muscular imbalance or weak neuromuscular (brain to muscle) signal is the cause of their restricted movement, capped sporting performance, poor balance, reoccurring injury, pain spasms and even disturbed sleep.

Most postural and movement dysfunctions can be identified in a single assessment. Once a corrective strategy is employed, a difference can be made within hours and benefits can be realised within a matter of days or weeks.

Corrective Exercise is a key component of all YAW Training programmes.
